United StatesI bought it for my granddaughters birthday. My Harley, who was 1/2 Boston Terrier (mom was full blooded) and 1/2 Rat Terrier (dad was full blooded) was 12 years old when he became very ill. Some tests revealed he had a large mass in his lung, and along with the other symptoms he had, therecwas no doubt it was cancer. I got Harley the year before my granddaughter was born, so they were raised together and loved each other dearly. When I made the decision to let the vet put Harley to sleep, my granddaughter and I spent the entire day loving on him, laying down beside him on his bed, cradling him, praying for him, and crying non stop. She was as heartbroken as me. This necklace was perfect for her, as she still has his pictures out, still talks about and misses him as much as I do. She had 5 friends over for a birthday party and received some very nice gifts that she had been wanting. I gave her this necklace last. She cried and cried, said it was the best gift of all. We're taking it to our local jeweler to have Harley's name engraved on it. I do encourage you to offer that service.
